Charleston, South Carolina (April 11, 2012) - America’s largest and fastest growing keelboat regatta, Sperry Top-Sider Charleston Race Week, prepares to welcome more than 2,000 sailors and support staff to Charleston next week.

Charleston, South Carolina (April 9, 2012) - The organizers of America’s fastest growing regatta, Sperry Top-Sider Charleston Race Week, announced big growth in entry numbers and sponsors, as well as an increased size limit for boats at this year’s event. The regatta, which begins April 19 at the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina, has attracted more than 255 boats, which means that some 2,000 sailors will make up the field of participants.
