Instead of the steady sea breeze we were looking forward to, the inshore courses have been racing through very inconsistent south/south-westerly winds with lulls as low as 8 knots and gusts reading as high as 17-18 knots.
The Pursuit and offshore courses saw an average of 6 knots with puffs nearing 10 knots.
The Pursuit classes have finished their race for the day, and results are streaming in from the water.
